Getting Started

1. Adding Revoice to Your Server

To add Revoice to your Discord server, click the "Add to Discord" button above or use our website. You'll need to have the "Manage Server" permission on the Discord server you want to add the bot to.

Required Permissions

Connect (to join voice channels)
Speak (to output transformed audio)
Use Voice Activity (to detect when users are speaking)
Priority Speaker (recommended for clearer audio)

2. Basic Configuration

After adding Revoice to your server, you can configure it using the following command:

/setup

This command will guide you through the initial configuration process, including setting up permissions, preferred language, and default voice settings.

3. Joining a Voice Channel

To use Revoice's voice transformation features, both you and the bot need to be in the same voice channel. Join a voice channel and use the following command to bring Revoice to your channel:

/join

Note on Voice Transformation

Voice transformation works best in quiet environments with clear audio input. Using a good quality microphone and reducing background noise will significantly improve results. The free tier offers up to 5 minutes of speech-to-speech transformation daily, while premium users get extended usage limits.

Revoice can generate natural-sounding speech from text input, which is played in your current voice channel.
